This initial interaction set the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly frustrating ordeal. To make matters worse,Heather P's demeanor was nothing short of rude and disrespectful. Instead of providing the support I desperately needed, Heather's unprofessionalism only added insult to injury. Not only did she fail to address my concerns, but she also went so far as to close the chat on me without any resolution. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer care from a brand that prides itself on delivering high-quality products and services. The way I was treated during this ordeal was not only unbecoming of a reputable company like Lululemon but also left me questioning whether they genuinely value their customers.
