Sky protect Home insurance
Sky protect/AXA Home insurance . Have a leaking roof / chimney stack surveyor came and said yes it needs doing and it would give the company a quote after storm after five days of calling not one called back now I have called 7 times on that call they said they won’t do it. They said it was wear and tear which is not as it was check last year . The surveyor said they will try everything to get out of it and that’s what they did . Will never use them again the first time in 44 years mum claimed on house insurance. 7 days saying they are waiting for a quote then nothing as the damage gets worse. They now said I have to get another roof quote to prove it . Mum is 81 the customer service is awful . I will never recommend this company to anybody the company they use is AXA . Sky protect use different companies to insure different products. This is what they mean about escalating your claim after week after saying they were wait for a quote. BTW the this was their emergency contact fuming .
