Sent results to wrong email address…
Sent results to the completely wrong email address that was listed on the samples (wrong email provider), so I have to give them two starts. They are extremely responsive on email communications so I would consider using them again as hopefully this was an isolated incident but don't hesitate to chase them as otherwise who knows how long before we'd have gotten results. We experienced a long delay due to the postal strike which meant our project was delayed for 10 days including the results not being sent to the right address, but some of this was obviously outside of Abestos kits Uk Ltd control.
