Marko Kupresak was so warm, kind and personable from the time he entered my home for an A/C tune up. He explained the process of how the Air conditioning parts rely on one another and the impact the contactor replacement had in the importance of it all. My concern of an area being exposed and not wrapped properly was taped and protected and he thoroughly cleaned all the dirt and debris from the unit and replaced the contact for a reasonable price including a membership to guarantee me 3 visits throughout the year to inspect my heating, plumbing and A/C. I felt very assured with his customer service and knowledge and would definitely recommend him to return to my home for future visits regarding my plumbing, heating or cooling.
