Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. I bought an expensive grinder from them and they sent it WITHOUT SIGNATURE tracking. This meant that the post office just dropped it off randomly on the street at my Parisian apartment. It went missing. OBVIOUSLY. And when I contacted them they said ‘I’m sure it’ll show up’ after I said that industry standard is to have a sign delivery so that it ensures safe handling direction the customer. A 800€ grinder and no sign? Don’t do business with them. And no accountability. The only reason why I’m not giving 1 star is because you at least sent it on time.
