Serious concern for upcoming holiday
Haven't had our holiday yet but I'm starting to see why so many poor communication comments. I've been trying to get information regarding flight booking for our July 25 holiday as I don't want our long haul flights to be a 3 day saga. But no-one is getting back to me. Just promises of someone looking at it for over a month now.
