PET KIT TRAVEL Sending failed… bad service
I’ve ordered a pet kit travel bag on April 25th paying the shipping trough DHL because I needed the pet kit travel before Holliday. And I wouldn’t be able to receive the product after 10 days (because of holidays) What I’ve got is after my online payment is: an email from electric collars telling me they waiting for the payment?? . I’ve sent them one copy from the bill and then I’ve got another email telling me: your product was sent through normal post with a shipping number from normal post and not by DHL. (I’ve payed more money for shipping with DHL! ). After 8 days waiting for the product, I’ve talked with the customer service and ask for the reimbursement of my Money. They told me, I have to wait until they get the shipping back…??? That’s craziness… I even ask to send me the order with DHL and they find a solution with the parcel Company (because was them fault).. anyway…and they denied it. For me is another disappointment buying some product online. Today is 17th may and I’m still waiting for my money back!!!
