RIP OFF
RIP OFF After hiring a car through them with AVIS, I collected the car in Tenerife by the way they are not at the airport and you have to get on the bus AND NO IT IS NOT EVEN SIGN POSTED OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT, I Drove Out and on to motorway and arrived at Our destination approx 40km where I drove into a space, we unloaded went in and unpacked refreshed etc and the decided to go to shops to get some water etc for villa , on reversing out the gears were stiff and I found it hard to engaged them into reverse however managed to get out and drive Out however from. This point they we really hard to engaged and after 1 km became impossible to move. We stopped called recovery which luckily I had taken out as an extra. After recovery I had to pay 55 euro to go and collect another vehicle and discovered that I may be charged for the gear box Which of course as rip off merchants they did over 900 euros This company are not interested in helping as they said to me they are only the third party SO WHY BOTHER TO BOOK THROUGH THEM GUY AVOID
