4 fraudulent accounts opened in my name…
4 fraudulent accounts opened in my name from November 2024 , to May 2025 . Still impossible to speak to anyone regarding this matter and no one has given me an update as to what’s going on or happening , also sent a formal letter to head office in London which I’ve had no reply or acknowledgement to say my letter has been received . Provided id to show I haven’t opened the accounts . This is seriously affecting my credit file and also had correction of notice on my credit file with locked password when all these were opened . Which wasn’t followed when given these accounts out? Otherwise this wouldn’t have happened if proper protocols were followed, and my correction of notice was viewed on my credit file. The company don’t seem to be taking this seriously and giving me any updates as to what’s happening , in the mean time my credit file is been destroyed . This is now my third review , when I feel like this could have been sorted a lot quicker and promptly .
