I thought banks were there to SERVE- not to make life impossible!
Not worth the one star. Condescending patronising arrogant staff. I wanted to transfer some of My money to another account. They accused me of fraud, eventually told sorted at least 3 times. Each time I tried again it froze my account . Now told to go to my local branch which I cannot for 2 months which has closed down anyway which is going to cause considerably hardship as I cannot access funds. Date of experience the whole week up to 21/9 and several Hours on phone from there they could not be bothered and told to go to branch
