Awful (and failed) purchase attempt
My experience of HP is that their ordering and payment systems are glitchy, and their telephone services aren’t much better, telling callers that an error prevents them from answering the call. This is coupled with having their staff instantly take a “blame the customer” stance and being totally unwilling to look into any possible issues despite their systems displaying error messages to the customer. This is clearly a company that considers itself too big to be impacted by reputational risk, and too blasé to put the customer first. Maybe Visa can help determine why HP fail to treat their customers fairly when transacting with their cards.
