reasonable

one utility bill does have some issues, but for the most part it has been helpful and they do provide a fast and clear customer support through live chat which makes things easier knowing you can have issues and queries resolved fast. I was great full today for having my questions answered promptly and with kindness by Hayley despite their influx of queries at the time. I do find that their unlimited tariffs for water and energy are reasonable. obviously this will depend on your situation as they operate on a risk pooling model. Customers who use less than the fixed price effectively subsidize those who use more. but it also means they have no fair usage policy unless you are trying to run a business from your home i.e: constantly using power tools, crypto mining and so on. as far as I know this doesn't apply to just working from home as part of an office job. do be aware however that any energy account made will be with utility bill and not you. this does create a longer chain of communication and can sometimes cause issues especially when first getting your broadband installed.
