Lies about delivery attempts.. poor service
I was unfortunate enough to have this company to try to deliver to my things bough on ebay twice... both times they claimed that the driver attempted delivery (a lie), left a card (another lie) and because no one was in (cmon... both deliveries were at the peak of the lockdown) had to take the parcel back to the depot. I have cctv on my property, so I checked both so-called delivery attempt ... no one came... What was even more annoying when I drove all the way to Brotherhood to pick it up from there (which I was told to do by a nervous lady over the phone after having waited for around 40 minutes on hold), there was a piece of paper stuck to the door saying that no collections can be made... Fortunately, I got my parcel 'no collections' or not... but would certainly avoid this courier company going forward...
