I placed a large order on April 04,2020…
I placed a large order on April 04,2020 and I'm still waiting for the items. I've filled out their "contact us" form and I tried calling. I've gotten NO response from the "contact us" and calling just gives a recorded message to fill out the form. They keep sending emails every couple of days says "Uh uh items from your order are no longer available". Perhaps if you had filled my order when I placed it that wouldn't be a problem. They charged my account for the full amount on the day I placed the order and it was almost a week later when the charges were cleared. I will never shop with them again. I understand these are challenging times but giving your customers NO way to contact you isn't acceptable.
