Excellent experience visiting this Estate Agents . From moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel valued and welcome . Jemma was so helpful, friendly and professional. What I particularly liked about her was she listened to me about what I was looking for and what sort of property would work for me . I felt this was crucial and she quickly understood what I required. Also she emailed me immediately after my visit not only to send me property details but also to say it was good to meet me . Compared to other recent experiences she was a breath of fresh air in what can be the start of a stressful process in looking to move house especially as I’m from out of the area . If all of Karen Potters staff are like Jemma it makes the whole process of property searching easier knowing you have confidence and trust in the person assisting you . Highly recommend them.
