Thanks to Al for his excellent service, for arranging a new Ford Puma, after I only had two weeks to give my Motability car back, for personal reasons. Al was very patient and looked after me brilliantly. Nothing was to much trouble, and when I picked the car up on 14th Nov explained all features of the car. Thank you Al for wonderful service
