Support ist eine Katastrophe

Support ist eine Katastrophe. Tagelang muss man warten, und geholfen wird eher nicht. Ich habe meinen Mitgliedsbeitrag nicht rechtzeitig bezahlt, inCruises hat ohne Vorwarnung 1.500 € von meinem PowerPoint Konto als Strafe einkassiert! Weil eine Kreuzfahrt gebucht war. Finger weg von diesem Abzockeclub!!!
