VIP at Store 204 stands for Verbally Insulted Patrons
There were only 2 cashiers at 6:30 pm and customers about 2 deep in each line. I came to Carlina's line to ask for price check on christmas alearance items and presented VIP tag that she scanned. None of the first 3 items showed clearance. I tried to ask why and she said "I dont know. If you want me to check, I dont know." I told her I would just take the items to customer service and she started getting irate, loudly saying there is no customer service....only thing any of us listening to her could agree with. She was overtalking me, started loudly saying "you people" figured out you have to subtotal or finish to see clearance. I made got louder, scarier, so I got out of line to go to taniyahs line. I asked for a manager and taniyah said well I guess I'm one. She stood there and let Carlina keep yelling at me. Calling me a M---F---, telling customers I was condescending, she's from New York, doesn't have to deal with folks in Wichita who hang folks, you people cant get away with that. I never raised my voice, went to another line to avoid her rants. She left her register, said she was leaving but kept hollering and cursing. I asked taniyah to please call someone, get her out of my face, stop humiliating me...nothing was done.
