This was a super easy move and Darwin helped with that. They offered a program through Rhino that allows you to pay for a discounted insurance/Security Deposit. They also have a "free" service that helped setup ALL the utilities. The application was a bit detailed, but fair after reading their leasing scoring process. Granted there was a 50 dollar application fee per adult resident, which i don't ever recall having to pay to rent a home or apartment, that kind of takes away the "free" services provided. Not a big deal, but I'd rather have that fee then used to go towards renter's insurance. The folks who help coordinate all that are very helpful and informative. They make sure everything is ready for your move and clearly communicate if anything is lacking. If i have to go through a rental process again, i would be happy to see Darwin as the property management company.
