Not Worth It; It Fails
Pro: The device was easy to plug in, and the app was easy to download. My car was in good working order, and FixD simply confirmed it. Con: The "14-day Free Premium" trial subscription begins when ordering, not when you actually can begin using it. So, when the device arrived, there were just a few days left before I would be charged a non-refundable $100! I canceled it immediately, especially when I saw that there is no added value to it. Also, since there was no engine light showing, the device simply told me that there is no problem. It provides NO additional useful information, unless I MANUALLY provide details about the car, which it then stores and spews back when needed. It doesn't provide any information that isn't already readily available on the owner's manual or online. *Maybe* it provides a unique service if you already have an engine-light problem, but if you don't, it doesn't actually do anything worthwhile. July addendum to review: My car wouldn't start because of low battery voltage. I checked FIXD, and it stated that everything with the car was fine. I'm removing one star for that. FAIL
