Will never use the Customer Service phone line again
The customer service phone line was one of the worst experiences I've had recently. The initial message makes you feel like they don't care about you and would prefer not to speak to you. When you do get through the person you get to speak to really doesn't know anything but basics. I spent about 9 minutes of my 10 minute call on hold while they phoned my local store to relay my question. They still managed to get it wrong so I got incorrect information. Fornunately the local store manager called me later in the day to correct the information after I'd logged it as a complaint. When I went into the store, the manager told me that everyone has the same experience with CS. This is not the way to treat your valuable customers. Please do something about it. You used to have a great repuation and the stores still do, but CX has plummeted when you outsourced the Customer Services.
