One item was missing from my parcel
One item was missing from my parcel. I contacted customer service in order to pursue this. They then sent me a "legal letter" to fill in. It is dubiously and vaguely worded and filling it out with the way it has been put feels very dishonest but they are refusing to refund the item unless I fill out this letter
