I have been trying to get a new Smart Meter supply installed since December 2025. After 6 months Good Energy was able to install a Smart Meter on May 12th 2025 after National Grid installed a new cable on March 11th and Good Energy is still prevaricating about an invoice for the new account for the new supply two months later!
