After a few months of a no cost plan
After a few months of a no cost plan, I opted to upgrade just a little, I'm not a mega user, so I didn't need much. I made a couple mistakes in getting the account moved over to the new subscription and the online help was Great ! Resolved my issue, guided me down the right path and got my new subscription set up and going and now the backup is working as it should. Before I had failures 100% of the time, now. . all good!
