I liked the process but left with a bit of confusion
I liked the whole process, but I'd needed to talk to my daughter. Someone was supposed to call me back yesterday (2/18) but didn't. The phone number they gave me was to a different company that is sending a different unit. So, that part wasn't good. I have 2 different units coming now.
