I have contacted bord gais on numerous occasions since last July to get a 2 monthly bill. I was told they couldn't get readings from my smart meter, so I had a new one installed, of which they were informed. 7 months later I am still not receiving bills. The staff were extremely rude and hung up on me. I am still on contract but am seriously thinking of taking the loss to move. Perhaps I should withhold payment the way they withhold bills.
