Zero transparency and billing
Zero transparency and billing. That hit with nearly 2,000 in bills two months in. Couldn't get an explanation, took 2 days for someone to even tell me why I was being billed. It's not on the bill, it's not on the site, it's not available to the help people. I had to wait for a ticket to go through billing for them to tell me why I was suddenly being charged $700 a session. Also my psychiatrist was worthless and I had to do all the legwork, and he just asked me what drugs I wanted to take. Then charged me $700 and refuse to respond. Worst experience ever, just a giant grift. Find your own therapists, you'll save money even if it takes more time.
