Honestly I would have to say I did have to wait a bit picked out a couple of houses first two already gotten swooped up by time they got to me. I was already approve and evrything but thanks to that another house they put up caught my eye. Nice back yard, close to library' kids elementary school. Like the school literally have the bus pick the kids up and drop off at the house. I love it I'm sure it has a ghost or two but live them and it lol. They are super I'm excited I picked them now only if they sell me the house after a year or two I'll be happier lol.
