Absolutely appalling service!!
Absolutely appalling service!! We have sold our house two months ago and everything is completed and ready to go (we have no chain and neither do our buyer) but we cannot get hold of Emma. I highly advise NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. I wrote to the complaints team and had no response, and even our estate agents are getting frustrated. The company is clearly over stretched and cannot meet basic needs of its clients. Stay away!!
