Greetings, This rental company is the absolute worst! It is extremely difficult to get in contact with management. I’ve been calling for weeks in regards to a matter that’s been going on for a while! I had no heat for months, had to use space heaters and gas stove to warm my home. I have 4 small children. I was told by April that I would be credited for my gas and electric bill due to the issue & never received the credit. Spoke with the property manager Hannah and then she stopped communicating with me. This is still an issue I’m trying to resolve. Their customer service representatives have limit access and all they can do is put in a request to have someone give you a call. This whole experience has been a huge disaster! Do not rent from Darwin Homes!
