Terrible customer service
I had incorrectly sent 2 pairs of trainers back to sport it first instead of Sportshoes ( I had multiple returns and used the wrong label) to the cost of £180 I sent sport it first proof of postage and also sent 2 pre paid DPD labels to support a quick return. To date they have only returned 1 pair of trainers. I have been liaising with sport it first fir 4-5 weeks now only to be continually fobbed off with ‘ our warehouse has confirmed 2 pairs were returned’ despite me showing proof from DPD that only one pair has been returned. I have asked sport it first to send me proof of the 2nd pair being delivered and they don’t respond. (Also the 2nd pre paid label has not been used ) I have asked fir this to be escalated as a formal complaint or to be provided the address of their complaints team only to be ignored.
