Excellent help !!!
We were a group of friends taking a holiday in Romania. In total we rented 5 cars from the office in Otopeni. We had to pay a very high deposit. Normally they block the amount on your creditcard, but we had to pay the deposit and of course the renting. We gave back the cars without any more damages and they told us we would receive our deposit back after one month. But after that month....nothing. Email was blocked and they did not respond to phone calls and messages on Whatsapp. With the help of the head office from Final Rentals we finally get our deposit back. For that a big thank you !! They have heart for their customers.
