POOR service
been trying for circa a year to ask lloyds to remove a potentially fraudulent use of my address . Mail addressed again to someone who has never lived her Despite emails and phonercalls , got another letter today. Called complaints dept, took 27 mins but no complaint logged !!!! connor, didint know, Ian, didnt know, handed me over to Lee in business banking. She didnt understand why, as I called number on letter. 28 mins later, no complaint logged. gave up. All failed to action my request.
