Not as easy as it looked.
The process seemed straightforward, but it turned out to have unexpected difficulties. For instance I was told to avoid taking images of my passport with reflections, but this proved to be impossible. It was very difficult to position the camera lens because the object in focus seemed to move counter, but not predictably, in relation to how I was moving. And at the very end when I was trying to take a picture of my signature I accidentally took an unrelated image and was informed that the process was finished. I haven't heard yet from the people who asked for the information but I will not be surprised if they tell me it is not what they need.
