Extortionate renewal
Been with Napo for 2 years, affordable price so been very happy. I have had to make two recent claims totalling £762.49, I cannot complain about the service. The claim was easy to do and they paid out very quickly the second done by direct payment to the vet. I would have given 5 stars but for the ridiculous renewal price which jumped from £26.52 to £87.46. Even choosing the mid option is still over £80 and the lower probably not enough. Once you have claimed they have you where they want you as I am now finding it hard to get cover elsewhere. Results found my dog to be sensitive and required a hypoallergenic diet so in the grand scheme of things, it is something that can be managed through diet. They said they don't penalise for claiming but they clearly do.
