From ordering the car in February 2023 to collecting the car in October 2023 we couldn't fault the dedication, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of our sales representative Alex Farrington at John Grose Lowestoft in Suffolk. We ordered the Niro in February in blue to arrive July. In July we were informed to keep our place in the queue we had to change the colour of the car, which we did to grey and it arrived in October. We would give Alex 10 out of 10 Kia we would give 5 out of 10 Niro we would give 8 out of 10 Steve
