I've thoroughly enjoyed the coaching and training I've received from Coach Kasha, Patti and Paul. They are all so knowledgeable and have been able to guide me through the pitfalls of unhealthy eating. The PLT Method is simple - consistency is key! eat all the protein and fiber! no food restrictions! - but the accountability that the coaches provide is unmatched. You must put forth the effort - but coaches are there to guide you every step of the way. They give advice freely - and have helped me tremendously in my health journey. I'm glad to be a part of the PLT team!
