Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. Nooone seem to know anything and the Managerial skills definitely need work. All the employees need to be retrained on how to handle paying customers and do business so that everyone’s knowledge is cohesive. Terrible experience by far. So disappointed. I’m still waiting on a call about a replacement of mattresses that they advised me that I can exchange for a smaller size. I was told to come to the store after calling all week I came to fill out the paperwork for the exchange was told that they can in fact deliver it because I paid a delivery charge and when the “Manager “ Gave me a call about my delivery try to charge me another $110.00 delivery charge and he got nasty, yelling into the phone after I examined to him what I was told by another “manager” who took care of me when I came to the store. Just very very disappointed.
