Terrible
Terrible. I spent about 40 minutes with a very nice agent and bought a year subscription. After a week of no communication I called to check on the status of my order. At that time, I was told my order had been cancelled due to a payment issue BUT a no one told me. I then had to spend another 40 minutes replacing the whole order again. My whole first order had been deleted.
