Poor service if your item is faulty
Amazing service unless you are supplied with a faulty product, I purchased a dishwasher that is faulty. After a service repair order was lodged a few days later I received an email to contact your team to arrange a replacement or refund. The item I have purchased is no longer in stock, The only comparable item that you have in stock incurs a $192 difference which is payable from myself. I don't feel it's fair that as a consumer that we need to pay extra to replace a faulty item's. We put our trust investing in items from your company and expect an item that is in full working order. If there is a fault with that item, that is not a consumer error within the first year of purchase that your company would live up to your legendary service, and replace the item with no out of pocket expense to us. Clearly, customer satisfaction isn't a high priority.
