I ordered pre-sale tickets for the ufc paris fight night event on 6th september 2025. I received a confirmation email for my tickets but when i go on my account the tickets don’t show up, i emailed customer support about this and all i have got in return is emails saying they will reply soon. This has been the case for the last 18-19 days.
