Having switched to Amber

Having switched to Amber, I had to call to rearrange the smart meter as it was simply overlooked on the fairly vague installation dates that were sent to me. Having had the meter installed I have had no contact with Amber, and as such I have no idea if I have fully switched over or what happens next. Post initial contact, the communication has been exceedingly poor.
