They state HASSLE-FREE-RETURNS. This is not the case. The product performance was poor and did not perform according to the website. Now I could return 'unwanted' but pay postage, and the product had to be sealed for resale. It was opened and that's how I found out the performance was poor. I could return as 'faulty', but it did work to a degree. HB state in their terms that if it is working to their satisfaction, I would be charged postage and 'fees'. How much are these fees? So I am between a rock and a hard place. I emailed several times and no attempt was made to solve the situation. So be aware, hassle free returns means nothing. I buy a lot from Amazon, and I know why, they really are hassle free. HB could learn a lot from Amazon, a great company. I shall never buy off HB again.
