DO NOT trust this company
DO NOT trust this company! Our flight landed 45 mins late in Tirana and we arrived at the counter 1hr 15 mins after our scheduled pick-up. Although the company policy says that they will hold the car for upto 2 hours, they flatly told us that we didn’t have a car anymore!! We had a small child and they refused to help us in anyway. The counter guy called another bulky person and even threatened us. They acted more like criminals than rental company. We are contemplating a police complaint. BEWARE.
