SCAM
SCAM! I was scammed by this company. Site froze & then crashed when processing transaction. I receive a booking for dates that I did not book for. "Company policy" is that they don't accept changes or cancellations to bookings (albeit incorrect booking due to their system). Customer service is awful, with operators just hiding behind this policy. Further to below comment, Routes customer service are unresponsive over email.
