My worst experience of customer service ever
I wouldn't even give this company 1 Star but it wouldn't let me move on with my review without selecting an option. I ordered broadband with this company paid my first month up front, after being put off on at least 2 occasions with the install I found a company that could get me live sooner and cheaper. So I exercised my right to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. This was over 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. Everyone I call I get told it's with the finance team. Super quick to take your money not so quick with there customer relations. I would recommend you avoid. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I never complain.
