This company might as well be a scam
This company might as well be a scam. I ordered something beginning of December to be delivered to my family by Christmas and was sent to a confirmation page which told me I would received tracking via email. I never received any confirmation email but was charged so I assumed it was going to arrive. 3 weeks later coming up on Christmas, nothing had been received. I reached out to customer support via email and received no response. It was only after I sent about 5 emails that I finally received a generic response asking for my order number (which I didn’t have since I never received a confirmation email). I replied explaining this and again, no response. I think altogether I sent about 10 emails and received only 2 responses. Finally someone replied again saying that he order had been canceled. I asked them why I was never informed of the cancellation and they ignored my question and replied by simply saying “sorry for the confusion, it looks like your charge has been reversed. Let me know if you have any more questions.” Um, can you answer my question that you just ignored? I ended up having to spend $$ on expedited shipping to get the item from another company before Christmas. Color me annoyed. It’s safe to say I will be boycotting this unprofessional company.
