Disgusted and Furious

Actually the number of stars are zero bur I was forced to put a 1. I can not believe the hell I have been through with this company. First of all, 2 1/2 hours of holding. I started the process to get my parents on Ozempic since Trulicity couldn’t keep up with the demand. I started the process in June of this year and after going back and forth for nearly three months with whatever info they said they didn't have. I spent countless hours dealing with them. FINALLY, they’re approved but this is only through the end of this year. So on October 15, I started the reapplication process. I’ve mailed and faxed them info for both of my parents. I get an automatic recording saying they didn’t have all the information they needed - AGAIN and was told to call them. So after being on hold for OVER 2 1/2 hours (my normal wait time has been 1 1/2 hours) they say my parents were denied!?! They said they made too much income. I asked how since were they were just approved a couple months ago giving the SAME income info I just provided. I realized what they carelessly did was add both of the Household incomes togethers. It clearly states on the forms- number in household-. I put “2” on both my forms- meaning they share the income stated. They don’t each have individually the income stated on their forms. Novo added BOTH incomes stated on their form and got an income they DON’T remotely have- $27,000 more than what they have TOGETHER . I tried explaining that to them and all the woman kept telling me that it was denied and now I’d have to appeal. They can’t do simple math!! Who is working there????? So now I have to wait for a call to do an “appeal” and if I don’t hear back after 72 hours, I’d have to call back AGAIN and waste half my day AGAIN. What on earth am I supposed to do??? I’m and my parents are paying for gross negligence of reviewing their applications. I have never been so flabbergasted and angry before in my life with a company. They made the mistake but they wouldn’t even listen to me when I tried explaining it. I’m going have to go through their doctor to see what on earth I’m going to do to get their diabetic medication. Novo Nordisk, this is beyond so sloppy, careless, so unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m disgusted.
