Awful
Wow! Up until about two weeks ago I loved food lion. I literally hate going to Walmart. I am assuming my issue has something to do with the new ordering process, but I would never know because no one will contact me back. I was unable to place an order 2 Saturdays ago. I contacted customer service and was told them. I was to receive an email within 15 minutes to respond to. This e-mail was to confirm that my account was not fraudulent. After not receiving the email I called back. I was told that the previous person had misspoke and that it could take up to 24 to 48 hours to receive the email. I did receive an email from customer service later that day in which I responded to. I waited a few days and emailed back. No reply. I have since emailed three times. I took a chance and thought well maybe my account has been reactivated it and they forgot to contact me, I logged in, and added my groceries to the cart, and went to check out when I did. I received the same error message I have in the past. Two weeks! I guess they don’t need our business. Two weeks just for our family is a loss of $500. I can only imagine how much they are losing.
