Essence of Japan
Japan tour, Japan itself was excellent as for titans booking of travel, very poor. Firstly didn't have transfer from home down to Heathrow 2nd Change of flight from early to late so unable to have a day exploring Tokyo on our own. 3rd 14 hour flight and unable to sit together after asking numerous times before hand. 4th Told change was due to customer feed back about early arrival and unable to book into hotel until later, yet people who booked months after us was put on early flight and had a full day in Tokyo.
